Hustling to the End

Well the 100 Day Hustle is coming to a close and here is my list.  Overall, I think I did pretty well.

1. Complete horse show ribbon quilt. - Done! (And sent back to VA)

2. Haunted house mini quilt - Done!

3. T-shirt quilt - Done! (Wohoo!)

4. Matt's space quilt -  DONE and LOVED!.


5. Mom's blue quilt.  Well, I did lay some out, but never got to work on it.  Sorry mom.

6. Finish Mom's hand stitched pillows. - Maybe a new years surprise. 

7. Work on my kayak quilt design. - Will be top for the new year. 

8. Patchwork chevron with Lucy's Crab Shack - Nope - this is now a next year project. 

9. Christmas charm quilt - Tree skirt for mom... done! And a pillow for good measure, too.  

10. Quilt for Aunt Carol for Christmas. - Started, (yay!) will be a throw quilt in blues. 

11. Christmas things for my two sisters
      Katie -
            Tree skirt - done!
             iPad case - done!
             Table runner - have until Jan 1 for her birthday.

     Cindy - 
            Apron - Done!
            Edged towels - Done! (matching apron and Christmas)

12.  Superhero capes for Christoper and puppy (his favorite stuffed animal).  Done! 

And the other additions...
Joined the scrappy stash quilt along... stalled with 20 blocks competed
Finished baby strip quilt for fun.
Whipped up some mini granny square pin cushions.  
Gave Aunt Viola a hug with Aunt Viola's Flower Garden quilt  
Created "Chasing Rain" baby quilt.
Joined the Scrappy Swap 
Joined the postage stamp swap at Curious Quilter.
Made and donated 3 baby quilts to the church for hurricane Sandy victims.
Finished 2 quilts for my sis as gifts for someone else.. (DONE!)

Still need to do in the extra catagory...

Overall, I feel this was a successful hustle.  I accomplished a lot in the past 100 days and I bet I can cross a couple more things off in the next couple days.

  3. So much completed. I love that tree skirt. I started a quilted tree skirt once and never finished. Last year I turned it into an apron!

  6. And I thought I was doing loads, loved the capes and I didn't make my Matt a Star quilt but last year he finally got his Pokemon quilt about 3 years late but he loves it!
